Mobiles...

Mobiles can be great fun - especially now more of them have internet access & picture messaging.

Now you can contact your mates not only by texting and email when you're out and about, but you can see them too - if you have the right kind of phone.

It's good to think about who has your mobile number. You don't know where it might end up and the same goes for any pictures or videos taken of you with a camera phone. Remember, once you have sent an image on to someone else it can be copied, changed and used elsewhere and if put on the internet it could stay there forever.

If you start getting annoying, nasty or rude texts, remember don't reply, but do keep a record of it. If any of these things bother you, talk to an adult you trust or report it to your school or mobile phone operator.
