Most people can’t imagine keeping in touch with their mates without their mobile phone.

Texting, emailing, chatting, picture and video messaging are now part of normal life and the majority of times there aren’t any problems. However, there’s certain things it’s easy to forget. Like...once you text or send a picture or video from your phone, you have lost control of it. If it's on the internet, it’ll be almost impossible to remove, and technology means that almost anyone can manipulate it. Try to think before you send any picture of you or your mates, that potentially it could be copied, changed or used elsewhere.

Always ask your friends permission first before you put a picture or video of them online.

How would you feel if an embarrassing picture of you was on the internet - forever?... [click here to find out what could happen]
